  • When are you open?
  • popcultapparel.com webstore is open 24 hours a day. You can place your order on our website at any time. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm Eastern time Monday thru Friday.
  • Where are you located? Our office is located in the Orlando, Florida region. We are outside of the city of Orlando. We are an internet e-commerce store only.
  • How can I contact you for questions?
  • You can contact us via our Live Chat window, located at the lower right of your screen or find us on messenger at popcultapparel.com, You can also contact us via email: sales@popcultapparel.com or utilize our contact us form that you can find here.
  • I do not see my size? 
  • If you do not see your size, definitely email us and let us know which item(s) you are looking for and what size and we will double check our inventory for you to see if we do have the size you want or need.
  • What are the shipping options?
  • We ship your orders with UPS and if necessary USPS.
  • When will my order ship?
  • We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Most all orders will be processed in the order they are received within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. Most orders will ship to you within 5 to 8 business days. Exceptions to this are Holidays and weekends, Which then your order will ship out the next business day after a holiday or weekend. Subject to change during November/December “Peak Season”
  • Are my Tee's and merchandise custom made?
  • Most all of our merchandise is created and made just for you. We do not keep a stock of every item sitting on a shelf collecting dust waiting to be shipped. Once we receive your order we have it created just for you, fresh, new and ready to go. Every order is different and unique and we love having your orders made specially for you, shipped fresh and new. All items are officially licensed products.
  • When will I receive my order?
  • Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after you receive your tracking information. Depending on where your delivery location is.
  • Do you sell officially licensed merchandise?
  • Yes we do! All our items are fully officially licensed products and we are authorized and able to sell you these items at low prices.
  • What if I do not see my size listed?
  • Please contact us with the item and size you are looking for and we will double check our inventory for you. Sometimes the software does not update as quickly and we may have the size you are looking for but it did not update on the site yet.
  • What is the return policy?
  • We expect if there are any issues with your item(s) that you should notify us within 12 days of receiving your item(s). Please click return policy for more information.
  • Is popcultapparel.com website safe to use?
  • Yes, absolutely! popcultapparel.com utilizes the newest technology. All orders are encrypted, safe and secure. Look at your browser window upper left where you type in our website name and you will see first a lock as well as https. The S stands for secure. This means our site is encrypted and protected to current technology standards.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
  • Contact us right away, best way is to email us to sales@popcultapparel.com or use the contact us form with your full name, order number and what you are looking to change with your order. If an order has already been processed in the system, it may be to late to make any changes.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
  • Please check out our sizing charts as well as product descriptions. Many items have size charts located within the written description or within the pictures. If you do not see them there please view our  size chart list here. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and let us know which item and we will help you.
